About the Team

Dionne J. Finlay, D.D.S. ~ President

Dionne J. Finlay, D.D.S. received her dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Following graduation, she completed a two-year residency in Pediatric Dentistry from the college. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentists. Dr. Finlay’s post-graduate training includes rotations at Bellevue and Lutheran Hospitals, NYU Medical Center and the Rose F. Kennedy Dental Center. Her list of honors includes the Bernard P. Tillis Award for Excellence in Dental Journalism, the NYU Alumnae Key Pin Award for Outstanding Achievement and an Outstanding Academic Achievement and Service to the Community Award from the NYU Association of Black Faculty, Administrators and Staff. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Bronx County Dental Society, the National Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Women Dentists. In her spare time, Dr. Finlay participates in international dental outreaches. She is the mother of one son, who is now Vice-President of Dental Smiles Unlimited.

Paul M. Williams, D.D.S. ~ Vice-President

Paul Williams


Dr. Paul Williams is a Bronx native, who attended Fordham Preparatory School and then later New York University. At NYU, he majored in Anthropology with minors in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Williams was inspired by his mother’s hard-work and care for her patients so after college he decided to follow in Dr. Finlay’s footsteps by pursuing a career in Dentistry. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Dr. Williams completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. He is interested in the field of Dental Sleep Medicine, as well as the treatment of Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD). He rescued an American bulldog named Addie, while in Nashville and currently resides in Westchester. In his spare time Dr. Williams likes to travel and collect stamps in his passport.

Godrick Taylor, D.D.S. ~ Dentist


Dr. Godrick Taylor grew up on the beautiful island of Grenada. After completing high school he migrated to the USA, where he continued his education. He attended City College and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering. Dr. Taylor obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. He completed his residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital. Dr. Taylor is passionate about dentistry and works very hard to ensure that his patients are satisfied. He loves Root Canal and Prosthodontic procedures. Dr. Taylor is married and the father of two children. In his spare time he enjoys listening to calypso, reggae and soca music. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching cricket, soccer, and track and field.

Natalia Gil, D.M.D. ~ Periodontist

Dr. Natalia Gil grew up in Puerto Rico where she obtained her Doctor in Medical Dentistry degree in 2013 at University of Puerto Rico. Following graduation, she moved to New York where she completed two years of General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center acting as chief resident her second year for the Periodontal Department. She then continued her studies at NYU where she completed a three year post graduate program in Periodontics. Dr. Natalia Gil is now a practicing periodontist specializing in periodontal disease, periodontal cosmetic surgery, and dental implants with patient care, education and comfort being her top priority. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends as well as traveling.

Tanisha Lawes – Office Manager


Providing excellent customer service is second nature to Tanisha. Patient care and comfort is very important to her. She has the personality that will leave a lasting impression. Tanisha was born in the beautiful island of Jamaica, and shortly migrated to the United States. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with family, listening to love songs, and most of all she enjoys food.

Daceyann Williams – Head Assistant


Originally hired as a file clerk at a dental office during high school, Daceyann’s interest in dentistry began to peak and she started to ask the dentists more and more questions. After a period of time you could working her more in the back than at the front desk, so much so, that one of the dentist began to request her to work with her. It has been love ever since. Dentistry provides a new experience each day and Daceyann never gets tired of seeing the look of confidence return to a patient’s face after treatment. After graduating high school, Daceyann went on to receive her CDA as well as a degree in Surgical Tech but dentistry has her heart. She joined the Dental Smiles Unlimited team in 2013. She appreciates the team work we have here and feels that it is not an uptight office. We all work well together to ensure a great relaxing experience for each patient. Daceyann’s next step is to complete the Hygienist Program and become more hands on with helping to enhance each patient’s smile.

Rosemary Otsyoko, RDH ~ Dental Hygienist


Rosemary graduated from Dental Hygiene School at Hostos Community College, New York in 2014. As a professional, her calling is to serve people and develop lasting relationships by promoting health and wellness through the provision of dental hygiene care. She is a member in good standing with the American Dental Hygiene Association and is a Registered Dental Hygienist of New York. She has received advanced training and is certified to administer local anesthetics and nitrous oxide. Her passion is to provide optimal preventative oral care.

Latesha Brown, RDH ~ Dental Hygienist


Latesha is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry Hygiene Program. She has been working in the dental profession for over 25 years, first as a Certified Dental Assistant and currently as a registered Dental Hygienist. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and travel.

Michelle Otero ~ Assistant


Michelle graduated from Monroe college with her Associates degree in medical administration. While working in a dental office as an administrate assistant, she became very interested in the dental field. She decided to pursue her passion and return to school for her dental assistance degree. Michelle has been a dental assistant for over 15 years and takes great pride in the work that she does. Michelle enjoys making people smile and loves spending time with her family. She dreams of returning to school to obtain a bachelors in public health and dental hygiene.
